Please bring a journal to capture any creative ideas or wise personal messages
that come into your awareness during your meditation and burn sage and light a candle for yourself if you have one!

For those who have joined me in Zoom meditation before, you will be happy to know I have discovered the Zoom settings that allow for the majesty of the sound instruments to reach you! I also have a great wireless microphone which means I can move around the healing room amongst all the
healing instruments as Spirit calls me!
