A uniquely tailored, intuitively guided healing session. This work meets you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so your system can unwind, recalibrate, and open into its next level of clarity.

These sessions are especially supportive when you feel energetically heavy, emotionally overloaded, unclear, disconnected from yourself or ready for a deeper level of alignment. Each session is completely personalized based on what your system needs in the moment. Some sessions focus more on deep energetic clearing and recalibration. Others naturally open into activation work, higher awareness, or soul-level clarity. Most sessions blend all of these elements seamlessly.

Full sessions include:

• Intuitive guidance and Higher Self messages.

• Energy polarity correction and expansion

• Energy field clearing to remove density, stagnation, energetic interference, and emotional residue

• Precision field calibration using crystal bowls, vocal toning, and a wide variety of tuned frequency instruments

• Channeled energy healing, including Reiki

• Personalized light language healing or activation to support cellular, emotional, and energetic repair

• Crystal healing, chakra balancing, Pendulum clearing, doTERRA essential oils

Sessions with readings will conclude with Karen providing clear insight and personalized guidance. A recording of your messages, insights, and any teaching guidance will be emailed to you after your session.

The 1 hour session for returning clients ($122) does not include readings, guidance, or a recording. It takes place only in the healing room without the additional time in Karen’s office that is included in full sessions. This session is appropriate when you need energy clearing, balancing and expanding only.

Your comfort during the session

Sessions take place on a padded massage table with an Amethyst Biomat for warmth and deep relaxation, along with a grounding mat for energetic stability. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably under a sheet or blanket, surrounded by crystals chosen specifically for your energy field.
